Cancellation Policy

Advance notice of cancellation have to be received in order to get a full refund of deposit and avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 1 day stay or 25% of total amount, whichever is greater.

Notice of Cancellation is required:

• 24 hours prior to arrival if reservation is for 7 days or less
• One week notice prior to arrival for reservations of 1-3 weeks
• 30 days prior to arrival for reservations of 3 weeks or more
• Deposits for arrival December 31-April 1  are non-refundable

No refunds will be issued for early check-out or late cancellations.
